Why IVS 2025 is Crucial for Valuers in India

  1. Global Alignment:
IVS 2025 introduces enhancements such as new chapters on Data & Inputs, Documentation, and Financial Instruments, alongside updates to the General Standards. By adopting IVS 2025, Indian valuers ensure their practices align with international benchmarks, facilitating seamless cross-border transactions.

  2. Regulatory Compliance:
Indian regulatory frameworks are increasingly aligning with global valuation practices. Banks and financial institutions often require valuation reports to be IVS-compliant, ensuring consistency, transparency, and credibility. Adopting IVS 2025 helps valuers meet these requirements, enhancing their professional standing and trustworthiness.

  3. Enhanced Credibility:
Valuations compliant with IVS 2025 gain higher trust among stakeholders, including investors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions, both in India and internationally.

  4. Professional Growth:
This training offers an unparalleled opportunity to stay ahead in the valuation profession by mastering the most recent standards and best practices.
